This modern 4 beds, 2 baths, contemporary home is hidden on the Aireys hill with views overlooking the Painkalac, Fairhaven Beach and beyond.

The master with ensuite again with the same unique views is privately situated on one side of the living areas. The main kitchen/lounge/dining is light and inviting, and the multilevel roofline creates a sense of space. The open fire heats the entire house via a hydronic heating heating system, which makes Kyarra the perfect place for a winter escape.

Kyarra is surrounded by beautiful green grass, ideal for the kids to run around on while you make the most of the outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Two Views

Welcome to TWO VIEWS, a stunning large family holiday house with views of the ocean and the Painkalac Valley and within an easy walk to the Aireys Pub, A La Grecque Greek restaurant as well as the top and bottom shops. Access is via a long tree lined driveway offering peace and privacy and is perfect for the kids (big and little) for the backyard cricket game.

The master bedroom and ensuite are downstairs as well as another queen bedroom, a bunk room with TV and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. A central bathroom is also on this level and all bedrooms have electric heating. Upstairs, the large living area has a wood heater which provides both warmth and ambiance in the colder months and an air conditioner & ceiling fan for the hot Aireys summers! Each bedroom has a stand alone fan. There are DVDs and loads of books for non-beach days.

Upstairs offers two deck areas with table, chairs and a gas BBQ. An external stair case takes you to a further deck area downstairs, so there are heaps of spots to enjoy quiet times with a coffee and the morning paper. Whether it’s a weekend holiday, a week or even longer TWO VIEWS will not disappoint.

Welcome to TRANQUILLO – Spanish for chill out and that is exactly what you will do at this holiday house.

Tranquillo is centrally located in a quiet court in beautiful Aireys Inlet, situated within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and pub! Amazing beaches, great restaurants, away from the maddening crowd – you will love it!

Tranquillo can cater for up to 7 people with 3 Bedrooms: One Queen size bed in master, 2 singles in next room and set of bunks with a trundle in 3rd Bedroom. There is shower and toilet in one bathroom and a claw foot bath & toilet in the other.

The Shack

Welcome to THE SHACK, a delightful cosy cottage close to the clifftop walks and beaches and within walking distance to the Top Shops. Although THE SHACK only has two bedrooms it can still comfortably accommodate five guests and there is plenty of living space as well as the paved outdoor area. A wood fire, and reverse cycle heating/air conditioning to keep you warm and cosy or cool depending on the season you decide to holiday at THE SHACK. Pets are welcome, however the property is not fenced.

The Bush Block

Welcome to THE BUSH BLOCK in Aireys Inlet, an amazing place to stay in the perfect beach town. A spacious yet cozy house on a massive bush block with a perfect combination of seclusion and comfort.

Located just outside the town limits where the bush takes over, yet still just a short walk to the top shops and weekend market and also an easy walk to the beach and close to coastal and bush walking tracks. Once on the property you’ll feel a million miles away from everything other than a very few neighbours and perhaps a couple of kangaroos and maybe the occasional echidna, and of course the local king parrots.

The house has been designed for convenience and comfort and features a utility deck behind the carport with a hot/cold shower and direct access into the laundry. You can also rinse off your beach gear, boards and wetsuits and hang them out to dry.

A spacious living area – lounge, dining, open kitchen and covered outdoor area all open up to become one huge living area. Off this there is a big outdoor deck, a perfect spot to enjoy the sun. There is also a huge wood heater if you are staying in the colder months.

There are 2 large double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a freestanding bath in the main house. And if you feel like some private time, there is a separate lounge area sitting room where you can tune out and read.

The back unit (attached to the main house) has been set up for the kids with their own living space with TV, a bunk room that sleeps 4 and a bathroom.

Pets are welcome, however the property is not fenced so the laundry is a good spot to leave your pet if you are going out.

Welcome to TEARMANN- pronounced Tchar-monn which is Gaelic for sanctuary. This is a spacious and stylish architect-designed home perfectly located in a quiet street on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road in the sought-after lighthouse precinct.

Park the car at the house for the duration of your holiday and enjoy the very short stroll to the beach (250m), shops, cafes, pub, restaurants (10 mins max) and lighthouse and the spectacular coastal and hinterland walks. The house is in a beautiful location overlooking Allen Noble sanctuary with elevated district views. It has plenty of space for a large family or 2 families and there are two children’s playgrounds within a few minutes walk.

Make yourself at home on the large, well-planted, block and enjoy the abundant bird life attracted by the native garden. King parrots, Sulphur crested cockatoos and Kookaburras are frequent visitors and the two elevated decks (the larger of which is covered) offer a perfect vantage point from which to view them. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. It features beautiful iron bark timber floors throughout as well as double glazing, a contemporary built in wood fire, and a 6 star energy rating. There is a large Weber gas BBQ on the deck. All doors and windows have fly screens and there are 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Wi-Fi is provided. Smoke detectors are fitted. A table or desk with space for a laptop and a chair that’s comfortable to work in is also provided. The 3 single beds in bedroom 3 comprise 1 single and a set of bunks.
