This split level modern beach house has been cleverly designed to comfortably sleep 14.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, main bathroom,modern kitchen, open plan living and an outdoor deck perfect for barbies and views of the bush. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, double walk in wardrobes and en suite. The second bedroom has a solid bunk, suitable for adults or children and two single beds. The third bedroom has two single beds that can easily be pushed together to make one bed if preferred.

Downstairs there is a large open space with two solid bunk beds and a ping pong table. A separate laundry with toilet.The 4th bedroom with a queen bed is downstairs.

This house is the ideal Moggs getaway.
