Welcome to WALGORCOR – a family holiday house within walking distance of the Fairhaven Surf Club. A large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass offers some of the best views of the Painkalac River, ocean and the Split Point Lighthouse in Fairhaven. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom have been recently renovated. Three queen bedrooms upstairs and 2 sets of bunks downstairs combined with a living area makes this a holiday house that will easily cater for 2 families. A large furnished deck upstairs offers plenty of outdoor living as well. There is access to the back garden area from the down stairs bedroom/living area so the kids have their own indoor/outdoor area. Although there is no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans in the living area and the bedrooms plus the ability to open the glass doors and create a cross breeze. A wood heater keeps the living area cosy and warm in the colder weather.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED – Pillows and doonas /quilts (with covers) are supplied, but guests should bring their own linen (pillow covers and sheets) and towels. Alternatively, LINEN HIRE can be arranged for an additional cost on request.

Charming, full of character and ready to make memories. Virgonia is a beautiful two story weatherboard home nestled in a picturesque valley only 2 minute walk to the beach. A high-end architecturally designed home in the quieter part of Lorne, within walking distance of the beach. Perfectly suited for couples, the whole family or large groups (sleeps up to 10), this coastal property maximizes the awe-inspiring ocean views from each room, whilst maintaining its privacy in a bush setting. On entering the top level you pass through the entrance hall enveloped with ocean views and the surrounding gum trees, and are greeted by the inviting library/study complete with an open fireplace and further ocean views, offering a secluded and quiet getaway to read and relax.

Proceeding down the timber-sculptured staircase you are invited into the open plan dining/living area, kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry, guest bathroom, bar area and the private master bedroom wing with its expansive walk-in wardrobe/dressing-room and stunning bathroom featuring an ocean view shower and double vanity. The kitchen comes complete with Miele appliances and everything needed for a gourmet retreat. The dining area has an indoor table for 8 and a breakfast bar for 2 with glass bi-fold doors opening directly onto the expansive deck where you can enjoy the complete indoor/outdoor experience. The deck has a discrete enclosed outdoor shower, a large hooded gas BBQ and a designer outdoor setting for up to 10 to dine while taking in the ocean views. The indoor living area has plush couches, a large smart TV/blue ray/Foxtel with a quality surround sound system that can be streamed throughout the house and a large open fireplace.

Now down to the lower level where there are two further bedrooms with large queen size beds, built in robes and a third bedroom with 2 king size bunks beds allowing 4 adults to sleep in comfort. A bathroom and separate powder room is also on this level. Here you will also find a large living area complete with its own couches, smart TV/blue ray, with access to a private balcony and further ocean and bush views, and a separate billiard room. The entire lower level can be closed off for added privacy.

With the ocean views, the central heating, air-conditioning and the open fireplace Vantage Point is perfect for a summer or winter luxury getaway.

Vantage Point has full baby facilities 2 x porta cots, one high chair and a baby bath. These are stored in the cupboard under the stairs on the lower level.

The Pavillion

The Pavillion is a four bedroom luxury house with exceptional elevated views of Louttit Bay and the Surf Coast. It is located a short 10 minute walk from the shops and from the Surf Club.

Melbourne Architect Daryl Pelchen was briefed by the owners to design a 5 star apartment at street level and easy living accommodation downstairs for adult children and grandchildren with multiple public and private spaces.

The architectural subtlety of The Pavillion from the street is somewhat deceptive. On entry you will be overwhelmed by the soaring ceilings and abundant natural light that graces the upper level. The kitchen (fitted with extensive stone benches and Miele appliances) and dining area are parallel to but separate from the main living area and open out onto an expansive deck which is partially undercover and includes an extended eating space. Whether dining, entertaining, reading, finding a quiet place in the sun or just sitting and drinking in the splendid view this al fresco space is indeed the central hub of The Pavillion.

The lower level is accessed externally and internally. It comprises a replica of the upstairs living area with access to an outside lounge area and three spacious bedrooms.
