Tucker House is a brand new architect designed, eco-friendly beach house in Wye River. Clad in a unique chevron pattern in three shades of fire-resistant Equitone, with deep set parapet balconies it floats effortlessly high in trees and connects you directly to the bush and beach in comfort and luxury.
Tucker House features a large living area with expansive views, a spacious kitchen, two big balconies, three bright bedrooms and all the luxuries you need. The main living area, finished in hardwood grained Italian porcelain tiles and framed by full height double glazed windows, is eclectically furnished with a teak Punjabi dining table, comfortable and stylish lounge chairs, an indoor/outdoor bean bag and a large B&B Italia adjustable modular lounge suite that is perfect for lazy holiday afternoon naps.
The wood stove provides excellent warmth in the chilly months, while the ceiling fans and split-level air conditioner provide comfort on summer days.
There is a long beach-facing southern balcony and a large sunny secluded western balcony with a large table and a Weber BBQ for outdoor cooking.
For entertainment, there’s a TV and blu-ray DVD player (with a USB port for playing your own digital files). The stereo amplifier connects to mobile devices to enjoy your own music, or you can go old skool with vinyl from our collection on the 1972 Technics turntable.
The chef-designed Tucker House kitchen is stylish, spacious and has all the equipment necessary for a well fed holiday.

The two master bedrooms (one with en suite) feature glorious south-facing views, Mark Tuckey queen beds and ample storage. They are havens high in the treetops. The bright third bedroom features two comfortable single beds. All bedrooms are fitted out with 100% premium New Zealand wool carpet.
The main and en suite bathrooms are well appointed with extra large walk-in showers supplied by instant gas hot water, stylish powder coated fixtures and Italian tiles.
A water-efficient washing machine, plus a dryer, sink and clothesline are available for guest use.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
