It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Presented and maintained by the owners to a high standard to make your stay a pleasant one from the moment you arrive.

A1 Location By The Sea

This stylish home has been recently renovated and decorated. In terms of location you cant get much closer to the popular Point Roadknight beach. No need to drive – just carry your boards straight over to the beach – or walk a couple of paces to the stunning back beach for a walk on the picturesque walking tracks. Hidden amongst the Moonah trees it has multiple outdoor living spaces including a huge deck and barbecue area.

There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with separate toilets) and two relaxing living areas (each with TV/ DVD player). Whilst this house is ideal for 2 families it is equally suitable for a smaller group. Comprising all the usual comforts such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, heating, underfloor heating in downstairs area, washing machine/dryer, there is also an open fire for cold winter nights as well as a large refectory table seating 10 people. The house has all you need for a relaxing getaway at any time of the year – from Summer through to Winter.

Early and late check out is available at non-peak times at no extra cost (if possible).

Wow, this property presents in a stunning location amidst the magnificent Otway National Park, just a 12 minute drive to Apollo Bay and a 10 minute drive to Marriners Falls. The property is nestled amongst a pristine backdrop of lush green, on 5 acres of land.
One of the key features of the property is the enticing Barham River which meanders along and around the property. Here you can fish for Trout or simply totally relax with a picnic and a glass of wine on the river bank with family/friends. The people who have had the occasion to visit this property have loved it, it really is a destination you have to experience.

As previously mentioned, a short 10 minute drive will see you at the walking track that meanders and criss-crosses along the river through the Otway Forest where you can enjoy the natural pristine setting that is the Otways, culminating at the stunning Marriner’s Falls.

The house features 3 bedrooms, bathroom (shower over bath), separate laundry, open plan dining, living and kitchen areas. The rear of the property features a large deck area with table and chairs, BBQ and tranquil views down to the river and the lush landscape that epitomises the Otways.

If you want to experience peace, tranquillity and a rural setting, then, look no further, you have arrived. All with the added benefit of being in close proximity to Apollo Bay where you can enjoy the beaches, indulge in some retail therapy at one of the many retail outlets, sample the food delights of the many cafes/restaurants that dot the main shopping strip or simply take advantage of the two supermarkets to top up on all those essentials with the added bonus of returning to your little piece of paradise.

Please note: There is no TV reception in this part of the Otways but, you are provided with a selection of DVDs, more importantly, please enjoy the beautiful, relaxing environment this property offers from Waterfalls, the Barham River (don’t forget the Trout), the magnificent Otway Ranges and the surrounding pristine environment. This is a unique holiday experience and you cannot get much better than this.
