Welcome to WALGORCOR – a family holiday house within walking distance of the Fairhaven Surf Club. A large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass offers some of the best views of the Painkalac River, ocean and the Split Point Lighthouse in Fairhaven. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom have been recently renovated. Three queen bedrooms upstairs and 2 sets of bunks downstairs combined with a living area makes this a holiday house that will easily cater for 2 families. A large furnished deck upstairs offers plenty of outdoor living as well. There is access to the back garden area from the down stairs bedroom/living area so the kids have their own indoor/outdoor area. Although there is no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans in the living area and the bedrooms plus the ability to open the glass doors and create a cross breeze. A wood heater keeps the living area cosy and warm in the colder weather.

Level 1 has the kitchen and dining area with ocean views, level 2 is the living area with ocean views from the Aireys Inlet lighthouse through to Lorne. Level 3 has the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with a set of bunks. The combined bathroom laundry is also on this level. The second bathroom has external access only. There are multiple outdoor areas to sit back and relax and enjoy the views.
