Located on McLellan Avenue, an easy few minute stroll to the beach, this modern home comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and powder room, spacious open plan living area and an al fresco BBQ area cleverly linking the balcony to both main and second living areas. Located only a few minute’s walk to the famous, family friendly Point Roadknight beach, which is patrolled in the summer months, this beach house offers the perfect beach getaway.
