Ambleside is a new 4 bedroom house only 150 metres from the beach. All rooms have water views and the house has spacious family living over two levels.
The upper level comprises a kitchen/living/dining area which opens onto large outside decking, a powder room and a master bedroom with en suite. The lower level has the entry hall, three bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and a second living zone with adjoining decks.
The upper deck overlooks the beach and has panoramic views of Louttit Bay from Airey’s Inlet to the Lorne pier, the lower two decks look at Airey’s Inlet and Lorne pier respectively. Move from deck to deck to follow the sun. Sit on the upper deck to enjoy the sunrise over Loutitt Bay; wave to your family whilst they are at the beach; relax inside listening to music, or just listen to the waves. Relax at the end of the day on the lower deck where the sun will be shining. In the spring, watch out for whales playing in the water directly in front of the house.
The house has environmental electric heating in all rooms for the cooler holiday months and air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in the main living area for the warmer months. Car parking is available in the 2 car garage. Ambleside is situated in a very quiet area and is a short walk to Lornes famous Mountjoy Parade restaurants, cafes and shops.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
