Surfside is a delightful beach house within a short walk of the Moggs Creek beach and a few minutes walk to the quality and consistent surf break, The Spot. Featuring new front and rear decks. The upstairs deck has ocean views and has glass balustrading, making it safe for small children. The rear deck is also safe for children and provide fantastic outdoor living! There is also an outside shower, gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Downstairs has a large room with a queen bed and a set of bunks, ideal teenagers retreat. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the second with 2 single beds, open plan living/dining and kitchen, bathroom/laundry combined. For families requiring them, there is a portable cot and highchair.

Located in the peaceful surrounds of Skenes Creek and a very short drive to Apollo Bay, your property offers views over the ocean from the expansive 1st story deck, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine, a good book or simply enjoying your BBQ (Webber) with family or friends while taking in the views. This property is the ideal getaway for those just wishing to relax and enjoy all on offer.

Upon arrival you will find a fully equipped kitchen (located on the 1st level) with everything you will need on your holiday.

The Lounge & dining areas are also located on the 1st level (open plan living) and feature a dining table with 8 chairs, LCD TV with remote, DVD with remote, iPod with remote, Coonara wood heater for those chilly nights, wall mounted cooling, 1 x 3 seater couch and 2 large arm chairs.
