SANDY GULLY has completed a huge makeover and is ready for your holiday. The two main bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans and access to furnished balconies which are ideal for that morning coffee and the paper. The third bedroom has 2 king single beds, ceiling fan plus a TV and PS3. The main living area upstairs opens onto a large furnished deck area with a gas WeberQ and a glimpse of the ocean.

For the hot Summer weather the living room has a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan. For the cold winter nights there is a wood fire heater or split system in the living area and Nobo heaters in each bedroom.
