Mclellan court is a fantastic central location. It offers easy access to the beach, general store and hotel all the while being tucked away enough to have a sense of privacy. Filtered ocean views and dappled sunlight through towering gums provide a great ambience and that classic coastal hamlet feel.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

This stylish town house is in an ideal holiday location opposite the Anglesea River, adventure playground, foreshore and only 5 minutes & walk to the Surf club and Anglesea Main Beach. Its also within easy walking distance to the town and cafes and is set back from the Great Ocean Road. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 6 but if you do have 2 extra family members or friends wishing to stay there is a foldout couch available in the upstairs living.

This property features 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a separate powder room downstairs. Also includes 2 air conditioners, dishwasher, double garage with remote, a 42-inch plasma TV in the living area upstairs and a 42-inch plasma TV in the downstairs living area, plus a 32-inch plasma TV in the master bedroom, outdoor shower and entertaining area.
