It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The View

Perched above the iconic Great Ocean Road archway sits ‘The View’.

Expansive yet welcoming, this prestigious Eastern View home combines world class coastline views with privacy and quietness afforded by bush surrounds.

Upon entry, your eyes are drawn to, and beyond, the cathedral like floor to ceiling windows which frame the most spectacular views of the Southern Ocean. A large spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining zone takes full advantage of these glorious views. It is the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends in any season.

Beyond the main living, the top level offers four bedrooms all with ensuites and all with their own unique view. A well protected outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and plenty of seating allows you to bask in the sun and appreciate the well manicured native gardens. This space is a perfect zone should the wind turn onshore.

The second level again spoils you with glimpses of aqua through every window. A comfortable second living area with a small kitchenette and dining allows privacy when holidaying with another family or friends. The 2 bedrooms on this level are luxuriously appointed with 2 king beds and access onto the bottom deck. In this level, you will also find a fifth bathroom, laundry facilities and access to the double lock up garage.

‘The View’ is surrounded by fantastic walking tracks, and the beach is literally a stone throw away. A sizeable outdoor spa is a superb place to relax at the end of a long day surfing or adventuring, and you guessed it, take in ‘The View’.

Split Point Time Capsule – Experience An Old Time Holiday

Welcome to SPLIT POINT TIME CAPSULE and as the name suggests this is an original Aireys Inlet beach house.

Way back when…. kids spent the day at the beach and played backyard cricket or badminton or climbed tree houses rather than spending time on the computer or watching TV. Evenings consisted of a BBQ on the deck followed by the entire family playing cards or board games. So if your family would like to take a step back in time to experience the old family style holiday then this property is exactly the place to have that experience. Located on the ocean side of the highway and very close to the lighthouse, Steppe Beach and the cliff top walks. The Bark Hut and the Alan Noble Sanctuary are also close by. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks – please note that this bunk area is an open area.

Welcome to AIREYS OASIS, a beautifully decorated townhouse centrally located with a short stroll to all amenities in Airey’s inlet including the general store, Airey’s Pub, local restaurants, Eagles Nest Gallery and a short drive to Lorne, Anglesea, Bells Beach and Torquay.

Downstairs has an open plan kitchen/dining and living area, powder room and a separate laundry with storage for the beach equipment. The living room opens to a fantastic outdoor area with water features that give a feeling of tranquillity. There are a few different areas to relax with a good book, good BBQ and/or a good bottle of wine. Alternatively there are heaps of board games to keep you amused.

The three bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom are upstairs the master bedroom has TV, DVD and reverse cycle heating/air con. The 3rd bedroom also has reverse cycle heating/air con. The second bedroom has TV and heating.
