On entering the top level you pass through the entrance hall enveloped with ocean views and the surrounding gum trees, and are greeted by the inviting library/study complete with an open fireplace and further ocean views, offering a secluded and quiet getaway to read and relax.

Proceeding down the timber-sculptured staircase you are invited into the open plan dining/living area, kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry, guest bathroom, bar area and the private master bedroom wing with its expansive walk-in wardrobe/dressing-room and stunning bathroom featuring an ocean view shower and double vanity. The kitchen comes complete with Miele appliances and everything needed for a gourmet retreat. The dining area has an indoor table for 8 and a breakfast bar for 2 with glass bi-fold doors opening directly onto the expansive deck where you can enjoy the complete indoor/outdoor experience. The deck has a discrete enclosed outdoor shower, a large hooded gas BBQ and a designer outdoor setting for up to 10 to dine while taking in the ocean views. The Beach House – Prime Location

Built in the early 1920s accommodating weary travelers as a bed and breakfast, this charming weatherboard guest house now opens all its doors to the public as a beach side holiday rental. The property has recently been fully refurbished. Modern features now abound including multiple living areas, indoor and out, stylish furnishings and renovated bathrooms. The property is perfectly positioned right in the heart of town. The Beach House guests are treated to the front row conveniences of being able to walk to all major town attractions including beach, pool, surf club, cinema and of course all the cosmopolitan shops and restaurants.

The Misura King Bed facing ocean views with your private balcony provides another aspect of the beautiful Louttit Bay, which remains uninterrupted as you sink in to your Abey bath. Or if you’ve had enough of the ocean for one day, why not cross your heated tiles to views of Queens Park as you choose which of the rain showers you’ll use today.

For those not lucky enough to sleep in the master bedroom, there is a miniature version of the same luxury on the lower floor, complete with ocean views, private deck entrance, King Bed, heated tiles and rain shower. The remaining two bedrooms provide another King Bed guest room with partial ocean views, and a fourth bedroom that can be utilized for 6 (or 8) guests with Double Bed bunks. The comfort of guests in these additional rooms is ensured by a separate powder room, bathroom with modern free-standing bath and rain shower, and an expansive laundry with Miele appliances should you be using the property over a longer stay. You’ll struggle to leave this luxury oasis, but if you want to explore more of this beachside town, its a short stroll to the Pier or a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and main swimming beach.
