Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Perfect holiday home on the scenic Great Ocean Road
Rasheeda M - 8th August 2024This luxury home exceeded our expectation. Every part of the house was meticulously planned. Kitchen had all the appliances you can think of (air fryer,multi cooker,rice cooker,sandwich press,coffee machine,blender etc.) 86” smart TV with sound system in the lounge area. Smart TV in every room. Heated clothes rack in the laundry. Heated tiles, heated towel rack in bathrooms, heated toilet seats too! Stunning views, short stroll to the town and the beach.Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Amazing Villa

With also a touch of technology. We definitely we are going to consider it again for another weekend in Apollo Bay

Great place for a large group

Kids enjoyed the under-tile heating in the bathrooms! Living and kitchen areas are very spacious and there’s an amazing butler kitchen as well! Our kids loved the place and location is a few minutes away from beach, restaurants, supermarkets and in a very calm neighbourhood. Having a fully functional kitchen with all equipments allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals, adding a personal touch to our vacation. We left with happy memories, already thinking about our next visit.😊

Brand-new, modern house spoilt only by an incomplete garden !
Angie W - 17th January 2024Newly built, spacious with a lovely kitchen and galley, tvs in every bedroom and fancy heated toilet seats. On arrival, the house was a bit dusty, some toilets weren't clean, windows not opening, an unfinished backyard and front garden ... so not ideal for a barbecue ! The master bedroom upstairs is lovely, but the walk-in-robe smells musty and the room had to be aired out every day by opening all the windows. We complained to the agents but they didn't help, told us we should have taken photos

Chris B - 8th December 2023We are 8 Adults stayed at Ayubo and we were all amazed and happy at the quality of the fittings, furnishings , kitchen utensils and the cleanliness of the house. Three of the guests are in the building trade and even they were impressed with the house. Great location close to beach and a short walk to town. We will definitely stay there again and will happily recommend it to our family and friends.

This is right near the beach, this property is a comfortable and fully equipped home featuring quality fittings and furnishings. Super clean and very spacious. We had one of our best holidays here. The house had everything we needed and was in the most incredible location. Absolutely breathtaking views from the two-storey house. Walk straight onto the beach. Excellent country walks. We are coming back in December for sure.
