Walk, surf, ride bikes, cook, soak in the view or just chill out. This is not just another “holiday rental” . it is a warm, well-loved beach home and is set up for like-minded people to enjoy as the property owners do.
Reverse cycle heating/cooling and a wood burning fireplace maintain the perfect temperatures year-round.
Wye9 is about 750m walk to the beach or a 2-minute drive.
Your dog is very welcome to stay, too!

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We stayed with our 2-year old daughter and thoroughly enjoyed the house... huge deck outside that gets sun almost the entire day (our dog loved spending the day out there!), a propane heater to make a chilly night very comfortable on the outdoor furniture, and an outdoor shower on the back deck that has hot water for the perfect clean up from the beach. We watched the sunset every night outside... awesome! We’ll be back.

Bronte Joseph - 29th September 2020We loved our stay at Wye 9. The house is beautifully finished with an open living area flowing out onto the very large deck. Photos don't do it justice! Great view and easy walk (except the hills) into town. Clean, well maintained, would definitely stay again! Perfect for 2 couples.
