Located on McLellan Avenue, an easy few minute stroll to the beach, this modern home comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and powder room, spacious open plan living area and an al fresco BBQ area cleverly linking the balcony to both main and second living areas. The kitchen anchors the home and overseas breakfast bar, 8 seater dining table and giant L shape couch.
An absolute feature of Wye Times is the al fresco dining area. Double bi fold doors expand this space onto the tiled deck allowing this area to be utilised in any weather. Built in BBQ, bar fridge, bar style outdoor table and flat screen TV combine for fun and relaxation.
All bedrooms are located on the ground level and are both comfortable and spacious. Other features include Wifi, pets welcome, lock up garage, outdoor shower, butlers pantry, full service laundry and much more.
Mclellan court is a fantastic central location. It offers easy access to the beach, general store and hotel all the while being tucked away enough to have a sense of privacy. Filtered ocean views and dappled sunlight through towering gums provide a great ambience and that classic coastal hamlet feel.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We stayed with two other families at this place. It was perfectly comfortable and provided a great base from which to explore the surrounds. It was lovely.

My extended family of 9 stayed at this property for a family birthday weekend. The property was very clean and well presented. All appliances were in perfect working order and all basic essentials (such as toilet paper) were in good supply. The position of the property was excellent and the 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms were more than satisfactory. I loved the showers and the imitation fire was very warm. We look forward to staying again.
