Challenging for the title of closest holiday home to the beach is big deal in Wye River. All debates aside, it puts its guests in a select bunch of holiday makers with the ability to come and go from home to beach and back again without the leg burn. It means popping down for a dip, coffee or drink at the pub, is literal. It is more than a convenient location, it’s an experience.

Location aside, the home itself it an absolute ripper. Two stories, multiple indoor and outdoor living zone, spacious bedrooms and much more.

The bottom level features two double rooms both with ocean glimpse and balconies, main bathroom and giant bunk room slash rumpus room. Clearly ideal for the kids, this room also features TV, lounge and a whole bunch of fun stuff.

Up top is a classic open plan lounge and dining with polished timber floors, wood fire and soaring pavilion style ceilings. Decks front and rear allow all weather comfort. Flanking the main living is a powder room, a generous sized master bedroom, complete with its own en suite bathroom. All living spaces on the top floor have lovely filtered ocean views.

Other features included gas BBQ, multiple split system heating/cooling, a generous selection of books and games, multiple TVs, Wifi, off street parking and more.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
