With two spacious living rooms and two queen bedrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 small families or multiple generations. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a spa. Enjoy the ocean views from the large deck area or take a short walk to Mountjoy Parade.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

'A great house with a good layout for multiple families. Lovely view but a big walk up the hill to get there, which was achievable but not for everyone. We were there in winter and the bedrooms were very cold so take lots of layers! Very reasonable price.'

Loved our stay here. Ideal for multiple families or with younger children as bedrooms downstairs are tucked away. Great open plan living and outdoor entertaining. Great communication and so close to everything.

Great place for our research group to stay while attending a Conference at the Cumberland Resort. Place was spacious so didn't feel over crowded with the 7 of us staying. Would definitely book again, even if for just a vacation with friends or family

Beautiful views

Woorolong really suited for our needs. The hike up the hill would be tricky for some people wishing to walk everywhere, but the views from the house were amazing.

My family loves this house with great spaces for older children. My only issue is the TV upstairs and downstairs are really inferior. When paying premium rates I believe the amenities like TVs etc should be more contemporary and wifi should be an included service. We book every year and will continue to do so but seriously think the owners should consider upgrading appliances and get big screen TVs.

Our two families with two kids each family, between the ages of 7 and 15, enjoyed a long weekend away from Melbourne at this place. While the steep incline from the beach up the hill to the house might not suit everyone we didn't mind it at all and loved the peace and quite around the house. Getting to and from the beach is a 10min. leisurely walk. The house has three bedrooms downstairs and one larger one with ensuite upstairs, next to the living area with kitchen. In addition to the upstairs living area it also has a laundry, another living area and a garage downstairs, which is great if part of your party wants to watch TV and the other feels like doing something else. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we didn't miss anything. Booking, as well as pickup and drop off of the key was also very easy, except that one key for the house wasn't probably the best, but we probably could have requested a second, which we didn't, since we only stayed for three nights. All in all we can recommend this place for families with kids and we would have certainly enjoyed staying for longer.

Great property, excellent service and communication. The only feedback I would offer is that not having wifi in 2020 is a huge let down.

Fantastic house, plenty of room for a big family or a couple of small families! Great location near town so kids can head to the skate park or beach by themselves and really good attentive service!
