It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location and stunning views.
Janelle R - 28th January 2024This apartment is perfectly located, with the most beautiful outlook across the ocean. Easy to wander to the shops or across to the beach. The apartment itself is well furnished and perfect for a family. Everything you need is provided. The cleaning could be a little better and we had no gas in the gas bottle for the BBQ. The apartment is also located on top of a restaurant which got a bit strong smelling at times, but these were small things that didn’t hinder our stay. Highly recommend.

A great stay at Waterfront One
Anna W - 26th January 2024This is the second time we have stayed at waterfront one and very happy. The master bedroom does have a very strong smell coming from the Indian restaurant below but we got used to that. Cleanliness in the property was good although the hallway and entrance from the main street could do with a good clean. Overall we are happy with the property.

Nice place but...
Andrea P - 22nd January 2024Great apartment, great location. Easy to get to the beach and main street. Unfortunately our stay was really soured by the intense smell of the restaurant downstairs. The smells permeate through to the main bedroom and ensuite. We stocked up on air fresheners but something really needs to be done about the smell, it's overpowering!
