Vue de Mer is nothing short of absolute luxury. This modern, architecturally designed home is set in a central serene setting allowing you to enjoy the wildlife, while still experiencing expansive ocean views, including down to the swing-bridge. Sit in the lounge and see the rosellas, cockatoos and occasional koala, or concentrate on creating a meditative state while watching waves roll-in.

Ideal for couples and families, this large home has different zones to enjoy games with the family, peace and downtime, or to relax with friends and family over a cheese platter and glass of wine. Consisting of five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, two separate outdoor entertaining spaces and an outdoor shower. Vue de Mer will take your breath away at every turn.

Accommodating up to twelve guests, Vue de Mer offers the luxury of two fully en-suited, master bedrooms, one on each level. Two extra bedrooms are located on the lower level, containing two king singles and two bunk beds. Tastefully equipped with modern furnishings, quality linen and many comforts, all bedrooms are spacious and well positioned. The downstairs bedrooms are separated by a second living area with couches and wide screen entertainment. Also located downstairs is the main bathroom and separate laundry. Completing this multi-zoned layout is a welcoming outdoor undercover balcony area with comfortable lounges, a Foosball table and ocean views.

Aside from the master bedroom, and extra king bedroom, the top level of Vue de Mer boasts an open plan kitchen living area that truly breathes in its surroundings. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open onto a stunning deck with outdoor furnishing and BBQ for enjoying those summer days and sea breezes. Inside the stone walled fireplace provides the perfect setting for cosy winter nights. The lounge area also boasts a 46 Plasma TV with DVD, Netflix, Kayo and surround sound, as well as housing drawers stocked with a broad selection of games, puzzles and books. A generously-appointed chef’s kitchen including an expresso coffee machine compliments a property that is nothing short of exceptional. Complimentary wi-fi completes the package, making it a must-visit holiday destination.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Beautiful Property, Well Appointed

A stunning, architectural house, perfect for a group or a couple of families. Given the rainy, cold weather, the open fire was welcomed and plenty of wood supplied. Matches would have been good (we had to light a piece of paper from the stove as the gas lighters were all empty). The beds were beautifully made and comfortable, with nice linens and attractive decor. We appreciated the coffee machine greatly, as well as the good numbers of crockery & glassware. Beautiful views and gorgeous decks.

We just enjoyed an amazing weekend at Vue De Mer. House was exactly as described, very clean and quality beds and linen. The agent Liz at GORRE was fantastic to deal with and I would highly recommend her and the house to anyone.

The house was amazing. It was well maintained and cleaned. Worked very well with our family and we all had our own space. The views and especially the sunrises were beautiful.

Overall a lovely house with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding bush land. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds! Given the high nightly rate, the walls are filthy, holes need to be patched up and the house is in need of a fresh coat of white paint rather than the exisiting beige paint to make it feel brighter. Some other suggestions, the TVs are old and need of replacing to newer models with smart capabilities. Furthermore the sofa needs fresh feathers as it offers little back support.

I spent 2 days at VUE DE MER with my family for my 70th birthday. The place was very welcoming . Accommodated 8 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. We were very impressed with the quality of linen and how well the kitchen was equipped !! The property is quite a steep walk from the beach, but at 70 I managed to walk down with ease. I was not game to attempt the walk up so was driven back. My family and I could not have been more satisfied . I highly recommend not only VUE DE MER but the staff who looked after my booking !! Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience . Frances Debono

Lovely spacious house

We stayed for my birthday over the long weekend. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped with two large balconies with great views. Ample room for us and our friends with everyone having a place to retreat from the group if needed. The house is quite high up in the hills so might not be an easy walk for all.
