Once upon a time a basic little beach shack in one of the most sought-after Wye River locations, Viewmore is starting to evolve into something very special. A recently concluded ‘stage one’ renovation has seen the addition of a new deck, 8-person infinity hot tub, modern, bathroom, carpets, access stairs and a lick of paint. It is fair to say the home has taken a giant leap towards your perfect beach holiday destination.
Regardless of the renovations past and future, two things remain the same. The short 200m stroll to the beach and the views which are truly spectacular. Days are spent marvelling at the ocean and all is every changing beauty whilst debating the idea of a quick dip in the spa, trip to the beach, pub or shops.
The home is compact featuring 2 bedrooms upstairs with main bathroom and open plan living, downstairs you'll find the third bedroom with its own bathroom. Other features include wood fire, off street parking, Nespresso coffee machine, pets welcome and gas bbq.
There is not really much that is not sold by the photos with the expectation of that incredible feeling of being on top of the world.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The best thing about this house is the view and the spa. The steps are steep but you need the steps to have a great view. Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working for the first few nights but was fixes eventually. No internet was challenging but overall a great break.
The view from the balcony is spectacular and the jacuzzi is amazing! The photos provided are spot on. The Weber BBQ on the balcony was easy to use, and a great addition. The place was overall quite clean, but could do with a detailed clean considering the price tag. There was 4G phone reception while on the property. The third bedroom (which also has a set of bunk beds, as well as a bathroom, fridge and washer/dryer) is located under the main part of the house and it not actually connected. A few things that would have been nice to know beforehand: -There are approx. 50 steps to get to the house itself (perhaps a photo should be provided on the listing) -The driveway is on a 45 degree angle from the street, and is super steep -The bathroom is tiny and has no vanity area -Tank water is used on the premises A few things I wasn't expecting, considering it was $1700+ for 3 nights: -having to take the rubbish bins to the curb for bin day and on departure day -being required to vacuum the premises on departure day -being required to put all the cleaned dishes that were on the rack back in the cupboards on departure day -the check out time was 10am, however upon picking up the keys from the real estate agent, was advised that the keys needed to be dropped back to the real estate by 10am, otherwise we'd be charged another nights accommodation. -there were dead flies and spiders/spiderwebs in most of the window sills -the wood required for the fire is located at the bottom of the stairs to the property
Million dollar views were fantastic. Lovely to have a drink and relax on the deck with the sounds an bed sight of the surf rolling in. Watching the surfers is strangely enchanting!Accommodation is clean and well set up. Kitchen is well set up an n be weber BBQ is easy to use. We were mindful that tank water is used. Be aware, there are lots of stairs to access the house from carpark. But we had a great relaxing weekend!!

Great place with an amazing view of the ocean from the jacuzzi. No wifi but we brought our own which was fine. One of the bedrooms with the double and bunk bed is under the house and not actually directly connected to it which was unexpected. Overall a really nice place, we definitely come back again.
