Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Really comfortable new beds and clean and fresh linen and towels. Thanks for having us

Cathy - 31st January 2019Good location on the hillside with short walk into town or to the beach...fairly strenuous walk back up the hill. View to the pier from the lounge and the deck is great. Comfortably appointed, clean and good kitchen equipment but lacks dishwasher which is not what we want when on holiday! Renovated this year to provide another room but still only one shared bathroom and no en-suite.
