Quaint and full of character, Vardon is quite simply a great family retreat.

Reasonable house but unreasonable hidden charge.
Nathan V - 24th February 2024The place is reasonably neat and tidy however for the price I would expect a dishwasher and more than one bathroom. We also got charged an extra $54 dollars for towels (1mth after our stay) because we took them out of the linen press. They did provide any other towels even though the rental included all linen. Pretty disappointed.

Very nice house. Well equipped and clean. Location is good as you can easily walk to Lorne and the beaches.

Really comfortable new beds and clean and fresh linen and towels. Thanks for having us
Catch the breeze
Cathy - 31st January 2019Good location on the hillside with short walk into town or to the beach...fairly strenuous walk back up the hill. View to the pier from the lounge and the deck is great. Comfortably appointed, clean and good kitchen equipment but lacks dishwasher which is not what we want when on holiday! Renovated this year to provide another room but still only one shared bathroom and no en-suite.
