It has both ocean views and a stunning valley view from side and back of the property. The kitchen come well equipped with quality appliances and dishwasher. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in summer or winter this would be the place.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We loved sharing the balcony with the local birds in the morning, exploring the local area and relaxing in front of the fire

Kimbo - 14th July 2018A wonderful house to rent for a mid winter family get-a-way. The house was really clean, warm (the wood heater was terrific, plus additional heaters in the lower bedrooms) and contained everything we needed for our break. We would highly recommend this accommodation to others.
Tumaramba
Greg - 3rd April 2017Tumbarumba is a great house to stay, it has fantastic views of the ocean & valley to the right, the Kitchen has everything you need to cook a storm, there is plenty of bedding, the location is very quiet, we had Breakfast with the Cockatoo's & Magpies as we sat on the balcony. I would recommend this house to family or small group for a weekend or longer stay. We will be back again next year for another weekend of Trail Riding. Regards Greg OG + Swan Hill Crew.
