Ample off street parking, outdoor shower and pool table are amongst the highlights. All this and the recent addition of a flat screen screen TV provide every reason you need to come see for yourself.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The property was a charming older house with lots of room for its size. The rumpus room below with its separate entrance is a perfect retreat for any guest who might need a quiet break from company. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the surrounds were very peaceful and pretty.

This property had all amenities covered, from plenty of storage to outdoor furniture. Every time I asked myself ‘I wonder if they will have one of this or that’ I found it. The house is dated but so very comfortable and accommodating. Easy walk to the Main Street and beach ( if you don’t mind a couple of hills) and off street parking. The rumpus room is entered separately to the house (no good for young children) but my 16 yo loved it, it was a perfect teenage retreat and is fully self contained

If you are looking for a great quiet location in Lorne, and don't mind older style this is a great house for a family holiday. Only a 5 minute walk into the main street of Lorne with the added bonus of water views. We enjoyed our holiday at TriKahl.
