Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Perfect for families. Clean, comfortable and a very well appointed kitchen. But caution, no bed linen or towels.

Clean and well laid out for families. Very tastefully decorated with clean up to date furniture. Kitchen extremely well appointed with everything a chef could want, although typically, the knife block set would NOT cut a tomato. (a cursory look for a sharpener didn't yield a result) I've stayed in a few BNB's and missed the typical welcoming treats, although, this appears to be a corporate/professional business. We were caught out by the absence of bed linen/towels (not apparent the exclusions)

Clean and simple accommodation. There is nothing particularly special about it, just very basic and standard, which was disappointing compared to many air bnbs I have stayed in that have a touch of homeliness and warmth. Small shower, decent main bedroom + decent bedroom for kids as well as open living and kitchen area and balcony upstairs. I did not think it was good value for money as I expected it to be more high end from the photos provided and was quite pricey in comparison to many other regional Victoria areas I have stayed in. This may be a post-covid price increase (I’m not entirely sure). Lorne is a beautiful place and the balcony did provide a lovely view.

We loved our stay over 3 nights - with both rain & sunshine the top deck offered all facilities to enjoy, relax & unwind. Views better than expected & kitchen particularly well thought through! Thank you

Delightful View

It was a very comfortable, well equipped house. The view was delightful. The location was convenient, a quick walk to the foreshore and a more challenging uphill return which greatly improved fitness. Kitchenware, cutlery all very good. Furniture nice, bed comfortable. We should be happy to return. Parking was convenient. As good as it looked on line.

Cosy winter escape

Magnificent property facing north with ocean views and winter sun streaming into the living area. Mid way between pier (fishing) and shops (skate park). Kids had a ball. Professionally clean, had thought of everything including a weber trivet for a roast beef!! We'll be back next winter :)

This is a great townhouse for a holiday in Lorne. Easy walk to town, ocean views and all the amenities you need. The internal stairs are quite steep if you have small children or elderly people, but otherwise it's perfect.

This is a lovely property, with quality throughout, everything from the kitchen appliances to the bedding. Nice views from the balcony and comfort by the log fire in the evenings.
