The Property has 3x bedrooms, one with an ensuite, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area incorporating a wood fireplace for those cooler winter nights, new flooring, sliding doors opening onto new extended decking across the front of the property, European bathroom /laundry with separate shower.
Air conditioned/split system, TV and DVD player, outdoor furniture and BBQ, carport, fully fenced yard for our furry friends who are most welcome to enjoy all this property has to offer.
The Property is exceptional value for families or friends where you arrive, drop your bags, park the car and unwind. Sit on the deck, read a good book, laze by the fireplace, play cards, discuss the days events, what you did today and what you'll do tomorrow.
Close by are amazing heathlands to view local fauna and wildlife, kangaroos graze in the street and surrounding bushland, golf course with mini golf for the kids, local beaches, bike tracks, skate parks, Coogoorah Park and its amazing old time ship for the kids, the Arthouse to try your hand and painting or ceramics, summer markets on the riverfront, something for everyone!

Lovely peaceful house
shona r - 3rd February 2024What a lovely house - beautifully presented and in a very peaceful bush setting. The living area is more spacious that it looks from the photos and as a whole the house works very well for 2 small families or a few friends. It was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of supplies to make for an easy stay. The booking and check in process was easy and seamless. Our group (and dog) had a wonderful time here. Highly recommend this property.

Quiet, cosy home in a great location and has everything that you need.

The kitchen is very well equipped and it was great having the bbq on the balcony. We loved the old record player and the board games. We only stayed for 3 nights but wish it could have been more. Our family had a memorable stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Great collection of vinyl to listen to in front of the cosy fireplace, whilst watching the native birdlife out the large windows. Easy walk down to the beach and pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen and very clean and tidy.

Stylish weekend getaway
jftm - 25th February 2019A tastefully decorated and well equipped holiday house. We enjoyed the treed outlook and visits by the local parrots and cockatoos. Very clean and comfortable - would be a lovely winter getaway with open fire and cosy lounge seating. We will definitely return.
Peaceful, modern family getaway
Rob - 25th November 2018Great little getaway for two couples with kids. It seems freshly renovated with new carpet in the bedrooms and updated kitchen. Only a couple of little things that could improve the property, I found the bed really soft whichh I don’t like but that’s a personal thing, and the dishwasher seems too small - we couldn’t fit plates in there which is weird. The decking is a great spot to sit and enjoy the native birds that make their home in the trees and occasionally on the railing. Very quiet location, about 15mins walk to town or the beach, and although you’ve got neighbours quite close the elevation and surround bush make it feel like you’re miles from anywhere.
