The rear of the home overlooks the Airey’s Inlet wetlands, Panciliac creek and hinterland. Surrounded by native coastal bushes, the home is a private sanctuary in every sense of both words.
Set over three stories, The Mad Max House boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, pool, rumpus, and more. Up top, breathtaking ocean views through floor to ceiling glazing grace the entire open plan living and the first of two master bedrooms. Timber floors, bi folding deck access, glass balustrades, fireplace and an overall sense of sophistication are just a handful of features on this level alone. Oh, and did we mention the views? Seriously, look at proximity to the shoreline, it does not get much better.
Descending to the mid floor, you will find another living room, master bedroom, and two further queen rooms, all are fully ensuited. The bunk room has its own main bathroom, beside a full-service laundry and access to the pool area. The pool area is sheltered from the afternoon onshore wind and basking in sunlight most of the day. This space will not go underutilized.
The combination of luxury, location and outlook is undeniably world class. Somewhat ironically, in a ‘real’ world full of turbulence, its ability to offer refuge has never been more relevant.
