Here you can also take advantage of the lower second deck which over looks a terraced native garden. The laundry is also located on this level.
The 1st level features a bright, modern open plan configuration with kitchen, dining and living area. It is here that you can really revel in those superb ocean, Apollo Bay and harbour views. The 3rd bedroom also features on this level (queen) with 2nd bathroom (shower, toilet and vanity). From the living area out onto the 1st level deck to take advantage of those sensational views with outdoor furniture.
A pebbled concrete patio has a hot outside shower, gas BBQ and 7 piece outdoor furniture setting. Only 5 minute walk to the beach with ample car parking and within walking distance to the town centre.

A beautiful property with a wonderful view! Very quiet location with a quick stroll to the beach. The house was clean and had everything you could need for a family holiday at the beach.

Sandy - 18th January 2019We have stayed in this location before and it's great! 15 mins walk to the shops and 5 mins to the stunning beach! The house is nice with great views though the furniture is a bit tired and could do with updating. Accommodation was good and comfortable. We expected better quality for the $$$ we paid (having said that we did go there at the most expensive time of the year!) And we had a great holiday!
