Noisy do not stay here.

It is very noisy. The cafe below has the music blaring and you will hear kitchen noises and the music all day. The apartment is not finished off well. The floor boards are literally floating and there are gaps between some boards. The couches and rug were filthy with lots of stains. There was a hole in the toilet wall stuffed with toilet paper, blind in one of the bedrooms doesn’t work, extraction fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. It’s not a cheap place to stay. Please don’t waste your money.

Excellent apartment

The location of the apartment was ideal. Central to everything! Nice comfortable furnishings & well equipped kitchen. Ideal for couples or small families.

Good stay but not Great

Spacious and great location. Dirty property and linen +towels not provided. Too much after cleanliness expected from guests. You need to put away rubbish bins on the nature strips too. So it’s more like staying home. Not relaxed.

Location location

This is my 2nd time staying at The foreshore Apartment and not my last . Superb location , restaurants, shops , supermarket, hotels all in walking distance and the beach is across the road . The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean , I love this place !

Was beautiful and clean and in the perfect location

Location was perfect and the house was clean and safe enough for my 9 month old to crawl around! The only problem was that our stay wasn’t long enough!!

Location, Location

Great place to stay, leave the car and go where you want in Apollo Bay. Clean place, great facilities, just need to fix balcony door, hard to open, 2 sets of keys would be an advantage

Great location but noisy

My hubby and toddler stayed at the apartment for a week over the Christmas / New Year period. The location is perfect, right on the main street and the beach just over the road so no need to use our car at all once we arrived. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned in a long time and we had to get the agent to sort that out which they did so that was good. The apartment was a bit dusty particularly in the toilet and just generally around in that it seemed the furniture hadn't been moved at all when cleaning for a long time. The beds were really comfortable however one room has a skylight and the blind over it was transparent so it was really bright early in the morning. We have a toddler anyway so he usually woke us but it was a bit too bright at times and he couldn't nap in there and hubby and I had that room. It would be great if a block out blind could be installed on it. The biggest thing to be aware of in the noise. Given it's great location (on top of the delicious Waves cafe) there was loud music and bass vibrations from that all day from 9am until about 7pm. If you're out and about most of the day then no problems but when we had to get my toddler down for a day sleep, it was a problem. We were aware of that so we were expecting it but I probably wouldn't stay there again as it was sometimes very loud even for the day time. Not to mention the carnival music at night although that did die down around 10pm. All in all it was a nice stay but we probably wouldn't stay there again. Will definitely be back to Apollo Bay though as it's a great holiday spot.

Extremely comfortable and fantastic location

An extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location. It was a pleasure to be able to leave the car walk to the beach and many lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Will definitely return in the future. Only complaint was the main glass door to the balcony was very heavy to close. There were obvious signs of repairs to the track, but clearly not satisfactory.

Perfect place with stunning views

This appartment has stunning views and literally everything you need. We did not even go out for dinner, but rather took take away to be able to enjoy the views from our own balcony. We could come back bare foot from the beach, it's so close. The music from downstairs was not annoying at all and the only side effect from it was a yummy smell of coffee brewed downstairs. Can't wait to come back :)

Not worth the money

in the middle of everything. constant music from 9am to 5pm from the cafe downstairs including the food smells. furniture quiet worn out. entrance to the apartment through a back street alley with rubbish bins and other waste. we can not truly recommend this location.

Perfect location - brilliant view!

1 week stay - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable apartment, very nicely furnished and well appointed with everything we needed. Kitchen really well stocked with quality utensils, appliances, crockery etc. The view really is magnificent - great balcony for relaxing and basking in the view. Great coffee, cafe's, bakery supermarket etc just downstairs and the beach just a stroll away. Definately reccommend and stay again.

Great central location with seaview

The apartment is above the shops in Apollo Bay and overlooks the beach, perfect central location with great sea views. Spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay and being so central meant that once we arrived we didn't need to use our car to get to shops, cafes and restaurants. We had an issue with the booked linen and milk that was off but we didn't let that ruin our stay.
