This cosy and private three-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday property is perfect for your next beach getaway. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each comprising a queen bed with the main bedroom ensuite fitted with a corner spa. There is a formal lounge area with a fold out divan for those extra drop ins. There is a second bathroom located upstairs. 14 internal stairs lead you to the third bedroom which comprises a single set of bunks and a king single size foldout divan. This 3rd bedroom comprises a rumpus room and the laundry plus the third bathroom. Large outdoor decking areas are great settings for entertaining and relaxing. Upstairs you have access via master bedroom and off the main living area. Split system air conditioned for great climate control all year round. An open fire place in the dining room creates added charm in winter. When you get back from the day at the beach there is also the outdoor shower to wash away all of the days sand. You are close to natural bushland, lots of wild life and nearby walking, cycling or dirt bike tracks. There is something for the whole family. Fully fenced rear yard and pet friendly on application – outdoors only.
