The 1st level provides a large modern & stylish open plan living area with modern kitchen walk in pantry, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer and all you will ever need on your holiday. The dining area features dining table with 8 chairs. The living area features a large lounge suite, gas log fire, Apple TV, DVD, reverse cycle a/c & Free WiFi.
The 2nd level provides you with 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, queen, reverse cycle a/c, large walk in robe, large oversized round chair, large ensuite with separate shower, toilet & vanity, bedroom 2, 2 king singles, floor fan & charcoal floor heater, bedroom 3, 1 queen & charcoal floor heater, bedroom 4, 1 queen, built in robes. There is also a separate laundry, separate main bathroom with separate shower, separate bath, vanity & toilet.
The property has 3 decks, enjoy the morning sun along with the ocean view from the 1st level front deck opening from the living area or the afternoon warmth on the protected rear 1st level deck complete with table and chairs & BBQ. On the ground level the large rear deck provides a sheltered escape to soak up the afternoon sun where you can simply relax with family/friends, enjoy a good book or indulge in a drink or two, the choice is yours.

Great house, fantastic location!

Home away from home!
Taylah J - 5th March 2023This location is stunning, with a view to admire all day long on the front balcony or even nestled inside. The beach is a few steps away from the door step. The house itself is spacious and comforting. The kitchen is beautiful and just makes you want to cook in it. The house is very welcoming and feels like home. We will defiantly be staying again.

Beautiful place, superb location. Beach across the road, shops only a short walk away. Only room to park 1 car in the back, else it's street parking. Place was well equipped, but a dryer would have been nice.
Great view. Easy to get to town centre. Place was spotless.

Perfect location!! House is a great size for 8 people and has everything you require. Good amount of parking spaces and you can walk to main st in 5 minutes. Beds were comfy and house was clean.

Krystal - 3rd July 2019This Seaview house is a cut above the rest, with stunning views of the lush green golf course to your left, and full ocean views to the front. This modern place has all the essentials you would need for your stay, from a fully equipped kitchen with full pantry essential's, to fresh lining and bath towels. There is not much you could want for here, with all the homely touches to make you feel right at home and fully comfortable. Location is perfect with only a short stroll to the main strip of shops in Apollo Bay, not to mention right across the road from the beach. Fresh, modern, homely and welcoming... I will definitely be booking this place again soon!
Great Location
hallie - 23rd April 2018Fabulous setting with views over the ocean. A quiet location within walking to town. The house is beautifully set up with a great kitchen. The place is awesome, however I wish that the windows had been cleaned (so you could enjoy the great views) and a rug on the floor to dampen the sound to the bedrooms below. We definitely would stay here again.
