The townhouse is set across three levels and oozes class throughout. Bedrooms and main bathroom occupy the mid-level while a separate powder room and laundry offsets the double garage downstairs. The garage has sealed floors and can be used for either one or two cars or neither and simply enjoyed as a games room. Leaving the car out front will allow you to enjoy the Table Tennis table, custom built wet area for boards and wetsuits along with ample space for bikes, scooters and all your toys.
Up top is the open plan kitchen dining and lounge which opens out to a west facing balcony area with a ripping 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Ocean views from this level allow you to pick your tides for a beach run.
Surf Central literally has the town on its doorstep. Beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket are all within a short stroll. Relative to most apartments in town, Surf Central also has a great sense of privacy and is insulated from the hustle of the main drag. We know you will love Surf Central and come back again and again.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

A girls weekend away was made even better with the accomodation. The place was perfect! The location, one street back from the ocean (with limited views) was a short walk to all of the shops and amenities. The rental itself was beyond spotless; we all agreed we’d never stayed in a place that was so clean & well kept. The design & layout was terrific & the little things like the sheets, towels & toiletries were all top notch. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Highly recommend

Great place and great location
Overall such an amazing place to stay! In a great location, close to shops and the beach. Such a clean place and we were provided with more than enough amenities, which was great. The view is amazing from the living room and even on the balcony whilst you can sit on a relaxing chair in the corner and watch the sunrise or sunset. Will definitely be coming back here to holiday again!
We spent a week at the home. Very conveniently located to Lorne Centre. Just a short stroll away. The home was super clean, with nice styling touches. It’s a compact space, with the double garage at the bottom, all 3 bedrooms up one level with the lounge/kitchen area at the top. The balcony has a deck chair strategically placed with views of the ocean. Nice space.
Perfect house and location. Highly recommended and will stay here again.
Had a lovely family getaway for the weekend. Well equipped apartment, brilliant location - so close to the main street and beach - and the pingpong table was a hit with the kids!

We have a fantastic getaway to Lorne and found the accommodation to be perfect for us. It is styled very nicely for a holiday rental and has quality sheets, towels and a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. They only minor issues for us were finding the correct townhouse in the dark. We arrived late and couldnt find a townhouse with a number 1 on it. We spent a good 15 minutes very confused. In the end we just tried the key in a few doors and found that our townhouse (number 1) had a very large number 2 in the window. So confusing! The other minor issue was there was no shower soap supplied which was surprising considering everything else was there. We had to head to the service station to buy soap. Other than those two small issues we had a great time and would definitely stay again.
