This is another of the modern spacious Breakers townhouses just up from the famous swing bridge. Recently refurbished and renovated to include 3 bedrooms, Sunrise At Breakers now leads the pack amongst it neighbors. Set over two levels, the property boasts brand new stylish indoor and outdoor furnishings & quality linen throughout. Freshly painted and stripped bare in late 2014, the property has essentially been relaunched to specifically accommodate multiple families and couples in style. North facing open plan living upstairs is flanked by the master bedroom with en suite. Ground level includes two more bedrooms, one completed as a kids retreat and serves as a second indoor living zone, complete with in wall mounted wide screen TV. The ability for Sunrise At Breakers to entertain is second only to its premium location. Both beach and shops are no more than 300m whilst the property enjoys a sense of seclusion and privacy. Other features include air conditioning/heating, woodfire, pay TV, Wi-Fi, Chrome cast, NBN Internet, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, ample parking and separate reading lounge.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location, great bones, a bit tired
Peter Allen - 12th September 2023Second year in a row staying here and we felt that cleaning and maintenance staff shortages had started to bite. The rails on the bunks were in a poor state of repair, the outdoor table was losing planks, the BBQ was filthy, the stairs and landing were visibly dusty on arrival, glassware was grubby. The ceiling fan blades were caked in dust and on our last night the smoke alarm low battery warning started in the middle of the night. Great property and location but needs a deep clean.

Melissa Bowman - 18th April 2022This comfortable home can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. It has a fully equipped kitchen and great heating/cooling facilities. Great games for the kids and close enough to town that you can easily walk in and to the beach. We will be booking here again.

Lauren - 13th January 2020Sunrise at Breakers is in the best location - close walking distance to the supermarket, swing bridge, beach access and main shops. No need to drive anywhere. The town house is great for one family or two young families. It's well stocked and the hosts are very welcoming.

Good weekend overall!
Carol - 17th October 2016Our annual weekend away at Lorne this year. 6 in the group so Breakers was perfect for bedding configuration, walking to town and shopping and eating!!We loved the birdlife,the nice airy open living room and kitchen and the outdoor balcony. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work properly, microwave and front door was hard to lock so we used the laundry door instead. Just beware of when you are backing out of the carport/driveway as my girlfriend hit her car on one of the rocks jutting up and it did damage to her wheel shaft. A part from that we had a wonderful time, Lorne is a lovely place to visit.
