Welcome to Sunhaven.
One of two modern townhouses with a great layout, chic feel and amazing ocean views.
Built on 3 levels, one with bedrooms, one with kitchen/living, and one rumpus, all have decks and ocean views.
The centerpiece is a bright open kitchen/living area leads to a large sunny deck. Enjoy time together cooking up a storm, lounging around or basking in the sunshine and taking in the ocean views. When you are ready for a dip, the sea is only a short stroll away.
Everyone will enjoy heading upstairs to the spacious family room complete with TV and table tennis & even more ocean views
All bedrooms on bottom level of house. -Master bedroom with King bed, TV, lower balcony access and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and balcony while bedroom 3 has 2 x Single beds. The upper living area also serves as another bedroom with fold out sofa. See notes below.
Other features include single lock up garage, air-conditioning, butler's pantry, main bathroom with separate bath and shower and gas BBQ.
Sunhaven is located about 5 mins walk from the beach, 15 min walk into town or a short stroll to the Lorne Country Club.
- A sofa bed in the upper rumpus increases accommodation sleeping capacity to 8 - bedding will be provided on request only.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Very comfortable, spacious and light filled property with amazing views
Maddy C - 3rd February 2022Wonderful property but a few annoying issues for improvement. Despite advertising WIFI there was none on arrival until the next day and we had to request another top up day 5. Unlimited WIFI should be just that. We were only able to access ABC and SBS on TV and despite raising the poor reception we were only told on day 5 that there was an antenna booster which then gave us access to all TV stations including the tennis. No DVD player as advertised replaced day 3.
