On entry a 3rd lofted living/study greets you and if you peak over the balustrade you get your first glimpse of the expansive open plan living/kitchen/dining area and beautiful timber floors. Make your way down the stairs and your eyes are drawn to the floor to ceiling windows and that striking view. A fully equipped kitchen with marble kitchen bench tops and direct access to outdoor dining and BBQ area make entertaining in this space a delight. On this level you will also find a powder room, laundry and the master bedroom with modern ensuite and access to private balcony.
The 3rd level consists of 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, one of which is ensuited, all with ocean views and direct access to the decking and beautiful gardens below. The downstairs living area is spacious and has amenities such as a sink and fridge for more entertaining.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
