Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Light filled modern getaway

Welcoming light filled modem beach house with views to North Lorne. Excellent spaces and amenities. Lots of enjoyable aspects- views, comfy large couch, gourmet kitchen, deck and master bedroom. No heating down stairs only small fan heater (2 bed and lounge area) cold for Sept stay. Upstairs bunk room x 4 singles - Foam mattresses only suitable young primary children too thin for our 12 y.o. Would be a perfect house if heating downstairs and sprung mattresses for bunks added.

Here for a conference and this was perfect for our team. lots of room for everyone and pretty close to the cumberland and the beach. The hill is a bit of a climb but not enough to put us off coming back next year.

Perfect place to stay with extended family or a group of friends. The house is in immaculate condition, the views from the balcony are stunning and it's an easy walk to the beach and shops. I couldn't recommend it any higher.
