Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Disappointing service
Cristian Carminati - 25th April 2022The house wouldn’t be too bad,location is fine except for the fact that there is another house right in front which takes away the view.The problem is the lack of managing.place was left dirty even though we waited until 3pm to get the key as we had been told the cleaner was still finishing(which is totally fine assuming the place was clean! Spiderwebs left in the kitchen windows,bbq not clean(nothing available to clean the bbq),the bag of dirty linen was left outside our door as welcome!
A week in Lorne
Cameron Haines - 18th March 2022We loved the location: so close to everything. The double bed was not very comfortable. We were disappointed with the number of items not working. Numerous lights, cavity slider to laundry jammed every time you sued it and the same for the fly wire screen door. The water was not very hot either. We were surprised to see bottle caps in between cushions on the couch. We paid a lot of money to stay there for a week and it's these little things that make a difference.
Comfortable but could do with refresh
Cate McGrath - 17th December 2021Needs a refresh and good clean. Wifi needs to be improved - had to use own hotspot. Toaster needs to be replaced. Needs platters and champagne glasses. Could do with new cookware - Teflon pans scratched. TV didn’t work upstairs. Building site next door - some days started before 7am.
Great location, very close to the Main Street. Altogether a very comfortable accommodation for a few nights away by the beach.
Lovely place with a deck amongst the gums and lots of birds and sunlight. Quick walk to the shops and beach - yep a steep one but I kind of enjoyed the exercise built into the day! We loved swimming, surfing, rock pooling, bushwalking, dining out and bbq on the deck.
Wonderful place to stay, nice and private and a great space for the weekend !

Perfect for a family
Wendy - 14th January 2020A well presented, comfortable home perfect for our family. Spotted lots of native birds and enjoyed dining on the deck surrounded by trees. Great to have a second bathroom inside the back door to keep the sand from being tracked all through the house! Comfortable queen and double beds. Aircon effective in all rooms.
