Classic family beach home with awe inspiring views. Set back a mere 5 minute stroll from the somewhat private beach of Separation Creek, Shorebreak, whilst no frills, really ticks all the boxes. Recently renovated to maximise space and functionality, open plan living is flanked on both sides by three compact yet well appointed bedrooms. A small offset balcony provides a protected zone for taking in the sea breeze whilst ocean facing windows provide stunning views and natural light throughout the living and dining area. Other features include off street parking, rear deck, wood fire and loads of charm. Unpretentious with a splash of class best describes this cheeky little family escape.
Our stay at Shorebreak was sure a surprise. It looked like a nice enough place when we pulled up outside but a better than expected view greeted us as we walked in the door. The view was amazing! We were happy enough to sit at the dining table, share the food and wine we had brought with us and just watch the sea. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom served the six of us well. The little area outback is a sun catcher too. This little gem had enough room for us to spread out and come together. I've just spent two weeks at Shorebreak in Separation Creek. A cute, modest beach house with an amazing view towards Wye River. While I loved the first few days walking on the beach and checking out rock pools with friends in the fine weather; when the weather closed in and I was here on my own for a few days, it was cozy and warm inside as I watched the wildness on the outside. A great range of old DVDs to choose from, a good book and a well equipped kitchen for a beach house made for a pleasant time away to recharge. I'll be back. Gaye November 2017

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
