Shelly Beach House is more than just a beachfront accommodation where you can easily access the beach. The location itself is a tranquil haven where you can unwind and breathe in some fresh air. It has a landscaped lawn, an expansive deck, a patio, a cosy living room, dining and kitchen areas with modern amenities, and so much more. It can accommodate 7 guests in its 3 spacious bedrooms. Sitting on the deck, you can also bask in the stunning beach views.

Living and Entertainment
An expansive landscaped lawn welcomes you as you arrive. You’ll instantly see the inviting patio at the side of the house. It has outdoor furniture, perfect for a fun brunch or snacks after a fun time at the beach.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. While the sea breeze makes the place naturally cool, split-system air-conditioning is still installed.

From the expansive deck, look out into the magnificent blue waters and enjoy the crashing of the beach waves. It has lounge chairs, so you can spend some quiet time in the morning with your coffee or watch the sunset with the family. You can also have some fun socialising and bonding as you host a BBQ.

Back inside, you’ll find elegant dining and kitchen areas. You can easily prepare meals in its kitchen, which has modern amenities, including a full-sized fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and more. Walk to the rear of the house to find a private bedroom with a small patio.

This charming vacation house sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The third bedroom with an ensuite can be accessed at the rear of the house and has its own small patio.

Just directly across the property, you can already sink your toes in the sand and swim on the pristine beach. If you want to visit the famous Lorne Beach, it’s just a 2-minute drive away. Have a picnic with the scenic views of the St. George River at Teddy’s Lookout, just 1.2km away. You also don’t want to miss Erskine Falls, around a 15-minute drive but totally worth it. If you don’t want to go farther, you can also visit Sheok Falls, just a 4-minute drive away or around 3.3km.

Great place, great location!

This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location! The house has all the amenities needed for a great stay. All rooms were clean and tidy. Beds are comfy. Perfect pet friendly yard, fully secure. Nothing better than watching the sun rise from the front porch. Should also mention how easy & helpful it was dealing with GOR Holidays.

Practical house with a fabulous view

The house suited our family - 3 adult couples, one grandchild. It was well equipped - 3 showers, laundry, huge fridge and oven. Areas for improvement - the house was mostly clean - the 3rd bedroom has a carpet moth issue and required removal of many larvae from the cornices. The basin outlets in the ensuite and other bathroom were ‘black’ and required cleaning. Unfortunately we experienced a burst pipe at 4am! I would recommend a water audit be conducted at regular intervals
