This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home is all about the location. Situated at the beach end of Eighth Ave, literally only a few minutes' walk and you're at the beautiful Point Roadknight Beach. This fantastic safe beach is perfect for kids learning to swim, surf, boogie board or just wade in the shallows as it is sheltered and also patrolled during peak holiday times. Just out the back gate and you can pick up walking tracks, heading into the town itself in one direction or head towards Aireys Inlet going the other way.
Property Features: 2 Showers (second shower in laundry), Air Conditioning Split System in the lounge room, portable oil heaters in the bedrooms, TV, DVD, iPod Dock, Dishwasher, fully fenced back yard with a cubby house. The kitchen, dining area opens up onto a relaxing back deck with an outside gas BBQ and outdoor setting where you can chill in the afternoon sun, read a good book or have a cold glass of whatever takes your fancy.

Perfect Location
Louise Y - 8th January 2024Over all we had a great relaxing week staying at Shady Nook. Location, easy access to both front and back beach. Kitchen was clean and well equiped. The out door area and furniture was rather tired and worn.

Gary - 25th November 2019Great place to stay, very comfortable and relaxing, so close to the beach, lovely & secure backyard for our furkid. Good facilities, loved the 2 showers & toilets. Comfortable beds. Just concerned how I would cope sleeping there in Hot weather, no fans or cooling in bedrooms. Otherwise fantastic. Would return.

Perhaps the back gate lock could be higher as our young grand children were able to escape, the cubby was a hit.We would certainly stay again,thankyou for sharing your home.

A stones throw to the beach, a generous back garden and a well provisioned house (great stack of DVDs the kids enjoyed). The second shower and toilet were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
