The spectacular covered deck is accessed from the dining area. Complete with built in BBQ with stone top and LPG roof heaters,the blue water vista is at its best out here.
Back inside, a solid teak staircase leads to the upper level with its master bedroom with ensuite and built-in robe, two more generously sized bedrooms both featuring teak joinery, the main bathroom and the laundry. The lower level, which opens to the lawn and fenced gardens, offers a haven for guests with a spacious second living area, 4th and 5th bedroom, main bathroom and separate toilet. There is considerable flexibility for how this level is used with the second living serving as rumpus room, TV, lounge, table tennis and office area (just in case someone actually wants/needs to do some work). The bedrooms also feature queen size tri-bunks allowing for equal function & comfort for couples or children.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Amazing home with great views comfortable beds great for families.The blinds are electric! On the top of a very steep hill for the wonderful views a steep walk into town. Only 4 car spots with no street parking due to the narrow road so just be aware. Comfortable winter or summer an amazing exierience! 1 taxi in Lorne and Ubers only available if they are in Lorne at the time so you’ll need your car to go out for dinner/drinks!

Booked 2 nights midweek for my birthday. There was 6 family members and a baby. From the minute we walked in we were blown away by the beauty of not only the property but the view!! What an amazing spot. The property is perfect if you have kids, as the downstairs area has everything they need to keep them entertained while you cook up a storm in the kitchen upstairs. We spent the days having lunch on the deck and then couldnt wait till it got cold enough to light the incredible fire place. We were very sad to leave but have decided to come at the same time next year. Could not recommend more.
