Upon entry, via the foyer, a featured staircase leads you up to the impressive open plan living area where breathtaking, beautiful ocean views await you and can be appreciated from every window irrespective of whether you are in the lounge, kitchen or dining area, which also features beautifully polished floor boards. Leading on from the open plan living area you can walk out onto the 1st level spacious L-shaped decking which is perfect for all your family & friends, where you can simply soak up the sun, enjoy a BBQ with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the extensive ocean views right across the entire bay to the harbour.
Proceeding down the hallway, you will find the main large modern bathroom, separate laundry (all necessities supplied), four bedrooms (main with walk in robe, wall mounted LCD and large modern ensuite) all of which offer a quiet nights sleep after a busy day at the beach, out shopping in one of the many retail shops or simply enjoying one of the many cafes or restaurants on offer in beautiful Apollo Bay.
Want more, how about,free WI-Fi, Netflix and Stan where all your family/friends can catch up on all the news or simply sit back and enjoy a movie while you chill out after a busy day in Apollo Bay. Jenny N - 11th January 2022We all loved Seaview on Seaview. It had most things we needed to make it comfortable. Probably the biggest thing we found was that it needed was ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. It can get quite stuffy. And you don’t have the big windows you can open. This would be a huge asset. Making the garage into a games/ family/ bedroom area would also be an asset. Also thankyou to the owners for a prompt reply in replacing the dryer. Very much needed as it was very wet.

Lovely View, cleaning could have been better
Andrew K - 5th January 2021House is in a great location, not far from the beach and Mariners Lookout. Great size living area, lovely deck and bed was very comfortable. Only issue was that either the cleaners hadn't been there for a week or were very quick with the clean. There were quite a few items left over from the previous occupants and generally wasn't overly clean. I don't blame the owners for this, they wouldn't have known. Having to take our own linen was also pretty annoying.
Excellent property, great location. Definitely recommended. The host needs to professionally clean the property and clear out rubbish if the outside bins are full. Vacuum cleaner broken, doesn't work. If the guests need to clean the property and vaccum and wipe everything, the cleaning fee should not be charged.

Kirrilee1234 - 12th March 2019A relaxing place to stay. Very attentive landlord when there were issues. Great having Netflix and Stan available. Strange bunk room attached to one of the rooms. Sharper knives and more modern appliances would be a welcome addition. Overall very comfortable. .
