This 2 storey property has open living upstairs, comfortable lounge area with open fire place and electric heating.
Kitchen with electric oven well equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking equipment . Kitchen opens onto a back deck with BBQ setting perfect back drop of the hillside views.
Bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC. A second shower in laundry very handy when returning back from the beach!
Great sleeping arrangement for large family or a couple of families.
This home also has a west facing deck for enjoying the afternoon sunshine.

Most disappointing
VIVIENNE G - 18th October 2023We were most disappointed with our accommodation. I had booked and paid for linen, only to find that we also had to make up beds - we had just driven from SA border, so not ideal.Upon arrival, one bed had a used sheet still on it, there was no soap in the main bathroom and 4 people were allocated just two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. The bins were overflowing with rotting seafood, attracting flies and we found that the impost of putting of bins onto kerb was upon the guest. Filthy stove.

We encourage our guests to contact us for any issues at the property, especially if it is not cleaned to your satisfaction upon arrival. Seamoon - Apollo Bay is sold with no linen and bed make included. However, we can arrange for it at an additional charge. Also, our properties are self-catered. A welcome pack is provided on arrival but apart from that, items are to be purchased by the guests. Rest assured we have notified the cleaners of your feedback to ensure cleaning standards are always kept. We hope to welcome you back at another time.

Adam H - 20th August 2023We loved our stay here. I really don’t understand the other poor reviews. You can’t get a beach front house with back yard views of the Otway mountains at such a great price. We loved listening too the waves at night and in the morning. So relaxing. We had a large group of friends and family and we all fit comfortably. The open fire was a winner as well. Thank you greatly. We’ll be back!

Safety Concerns, black ceiling mould, property neglect, deeply dirty, v stiff upstairs doors to outside propose fire safety risk! broken appliances not replaced even thou reported.
Aven H - 30th March 2022Black mould ceiling, family bedroom, I understand black mould as dangerous. told a trade attend yet I felt response to mould not taken seriously enough .stench stink in downstairs bthrm, unexplained. Property beyond tired, neglected, deeply dirty. Upstair doors to outside, so impossibly stiff, creates fire haZard!broken appliances reported, owner not acknowledged. cant keep flies out, dirty old torn fly screen prevents. complaints ignored! do not recommend/unsafe conditions, dismissive owner.

This, together with its affordability, size and layout, exceeded my family's expectations. The one minor detraction from the otherwise idyllic experience: the hot water supply was interrupted for at least six hours after showering.
Amazing location
David - 21st May 2019The house is across from the surf and we were serenaded to sleep by its constant rush! A great location to sit and enjoy the magnificent views of the surf, sun and sea!
Wish I Lived There
Donna - 25th February 2019I have come to call this 'mum's house' as it is where me, my 2 sisters and our families stayed some years back when scattering our mums ashes into the ocean. Last week we had our 3rd reunion there. Yes, it is a humble house, but comfortable and affordable for my meagre carers allowance savings to be able to have a week of beachfront, balcony, all basic essentials including open fireplace, bbq ect. and not to mention the awesome upstairs 'room with a view' experience .... I love this house, its feels so 'homey'. Wish I lived there.
Great Location
GaryJenny - 18th February 2019First time here but seventh for my partner. This is is a fantastic location. The house is very functional and suitable for large families or multiple guests. Whilst the house is a little tired and in need of some maintenance this does not detract from the advantage of the position - having stayed in a number of properties in Apollo Bay this is the best on many levels - we will be back in the future

Rick - 17th July 2017No Towels Provided, Hot water ran out and have to wait until midnight. Firewood Provided was very limited. Real estate people really unhelpful. Overall disgusting experience, will never book with them.
