Staying at Seabreeze you will enjoy spectacular views of Lorne as you walk to and from the beach, shops and restaurants which are only one street away. A bright and airy open plan unit, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas opening onto a balcony surrounded by native plants where you can feed the visiting birds, or enjoy those balmy summer evenings. Moving inside you will find a flat screen Television and DVD player, and an electric heater for those cooler times. The well equipped kitchen with modern homewares presents all the facilities you need to enjoy your beach getaway, including microwave and dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation for 6 consists of main bedroom with Queen size bed, and ensuite with spa bath; and the 2 other bedrooms each have 2 single beds, and share another bathroom with bath and shower. There are 2 toilets, and a walk- through laundry. Other facilities include 4 burner gas BBQ, undercover single garage, and separate off street park.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Location excellent it just needs a few things updated.
Louise H - 21st February 2022The location was great for us. Walk down the hill to the beach, shops, restaurants. The small but very steep hill was difficult. The specifications were good for us, we needed 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like it was painted not long ago but the beds & mattresses were really old & need to be upgraded. They also need ceiling fans or split systems in the bedrooms. There was one split system but it was in the loving room. The main bathroom needed the shower thoroughly cleaned.
Roomy accommodation in a great location

The only downside was the less than perfect cleanliness (griller still dirty, hair in the shower, empty chip packets under a bed...) Despite this, we'd stay again.
Awesome location! Clean, spacious, well appointed apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. Loved our stay but beware no wifi.

Suprisingly spacious

It is very convenient to the shopping strip and beach and is itself a restful, tranquil retreat from the bustle. The view and sea breezes from the deck are lovely. The bedrooms are quiet and the whole unit is surprisingly spacious. Would love to stay here again with my family when we're in Lorne.

Clare - 19th March 2018We just returned from a fabulous 4 days away in Lorne staying at Seabreeze. Very basic accomodation but that's all we were after. We had 4 kids in tow and we couldn't of been any happier. Location was excellent and the apartment was roomy and very clean. We would not hesitate in recommending this property. The Great Ocean Road accomodation service was also amazing. I had a few tough requests and they couldn't of been happier to help out. (Including locking ourselves out of the apartment). Thanks to them for great service and offering us affordable accomodation. We will be back and we will be using them without a doubt.
