This holiday house is on the ocean side of the highway and an easy walk to the beach, shops, tennis courts, restaurants and Aireys Pub. Nestled in a bush setting the accommodation is for 6 in the main house. There is a separate studio apartment above the garage with a bedroom, bathroom and living area – ideal for the teenagers!

**$50/night SURCHARGE FOR LOFT** PLUS $25/person/night surcharge for each guest above 6.

Main house: *Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed,separate ensuite and ceiling fans. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a retreat area which can be used as a 2nd living area. *Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and ceiling fan. Main bathroom, with spa is located downstairs. Studio loft: *Located above the garage, it has 2 single beds, a queen bed, ceiling fan and sitting area with couch, TV and DVD player. There is also a bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin and downstairs, in the garage,is a laundry with a washing machine (front loader) and dryer.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

comfortable coast house

Spent the June long weekend here after the lockdown and boy was it needed. Couldn't have had a better house for a couple of families. The kids slept in the self contained loft above the shed with the parents in the house. Really comfy with a nice cosy slow combustion fire that kept the house warm all day and night long. Thanks for sharing your house for a great long weekend.
