Welcome to Scandi House.

In a beautiful combination of innovative design, luxury amenities and Nordic flair, Scandi House goes well beyond what we have come to expect from a modern beach home. The attention to detail alone is as elite as its creators. Polished concrete floors, feature stone and rendered walls are softened by English Oak, warm lighting and natural styling. There is no hiding a sense of alpine about the home, making it just as indulging sitting by the warm woodfire as it is basking alfresco in the sun.

Set across 3 storeys, the upper floor offers street level entry to the main living area. While the inspiring elevated ocean views are clearly a focal point, so are the soaring ceilings and natural light. Lounge, dining and kitchen all feature impressive soft furnishings and undeniable character. Grounding the room and indeed heating the whole home via thermal mass is a central fireplace with double sided fireplace. To the rear is a fully ensuited guest bedroom - but not the master, this stunning room is yet to come.

Descending to the mid level finds a cosy second living space with lounge, multi media and cinema experience. A kids room decked with bunks, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and the master bedroom flank this space along with an office and main bathroom. As if that's not enough, just imagine yourself unwinding in a stunning Finnish style Sauna with world class views of the ocean and the iconic Lorne Pier. When you feel the sweat starting to bead, waltz outside for a dip in the infinity plunge pool, and be sure to check on the kids bouncing away on the inground trampoline. Now is around the time you ask yourself, does life get any better?

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
