SANDY GULLY has completed a huge makeover and is ready for your holiday. The two main bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans and access to furnished balconies which are ideal for that morning coffee and the paper. The third bedroom has 2 king single beds, ceiling fan plus a TV and PS3. The main living area upstairs opens onto a large furnished deck area with a gas WeberQ and a glimpse of the ocean.

For the hot Summer weather the living room has a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan. For the cold winter nights there is a wood fire heater or split system in the living area and Nobo heaters in each bedroom. Sandy Gully has lots of exploring for the kids on this acre bushy block or just sit back and relax on the front or rear decks.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We loved our stay at this lovely well kept house. Close to the beach and cliff walks and in a nice quiet location where you can hear the beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time.

This is a well equipped and well stocked house with modern appliances. We stayed during winter and the slow combustion fire kept us warm and toasty!
