Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Nice townhouse overall
Paula Clark - 25th January 2021The townhouse suited most of our needs but strongly recommend putting in fans into the bedrooms, as on hot nights they are very stuffy with no air conditioning. Also would recommend installing wi-fi!

Jessie - 10th March 2017The home was everything we hoped for. It is large and doesn't feel cramped even though there were 8 of us staying there. There are 28 steps from top to bottom but we considered it good exercise. The bathroom on the bottom floor is very basic but the one on the middle floor could be shared. The view is nice over the town and out towards the ocean. It is only a very short walk to the shops but a short uphill walk back, again good exercise. The kitchen was well fitted out and good enough for cooking meals if required. We were very happy and would stay there again if we are down that way again in a large family group.
