It is a split level townhouse and very modern in style and good quality furnishings. Ideal for a large family or 2 couples. For the summer it also has air conditioning.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location

We loved our stay here, it was a great location to walk everywhere in Lorne. Was perfect size for our family of four. Wish we had booked for longer. Kitchen is well equipped and we loved having a selection of board games.

Disappointed

The only positive is the location. Very Central to everything. Apartment had not been cleaned properly which is unexceptable especially during a Pandemic. There is no airconditioning in the bedrooms so very uncomfortable on hot days. Noise of bins being emptied from commercial properties every morning from 6:00am. View from rear deck is not as nice as photos show. The BBQ in photo is not there. Only One TV. Not worth the $4K paid for 7 nights!

The only positive was the location. Very Central. Considering we are in a Pandemic the unit was not cleaned properly which is unbelievable. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom level which makes it uncomfortable on hot nights. There is only One television on the property. There are early morning truck deliveries and Rubbish collections for the commercial venues in front of our unit which make loud noises from around 6:00am. Poor uncomfortable beds. Not worth the $4000 paid for 7 nights

Excellent location, just around the corner from all the cafes and restaurants and very close to the supermarket. Apartment is clean, has everything you need and more - this is not just another apartment its a family holiday home and therefore has nice touches like board games, sauces and condiments in the pantry and a decent supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Wifi is very slow so you likely need your own 4G sim with data. Excellent host, superfast communication and very helpful and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.
