Great apartment

Had a great 2 nights at this lovely bright apartment . Very clean. Lovely bedding and fluffy towels . Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Plenty storage space and wardrobes. Previous reviews mentioned noise in the morning but was not an issue. Heard it for maybe 5 minutes. Few minutes walk to restaurants cafes and bars. Would definitely return.

Pictures didn’t match accomodation

Garage unusable - very noisy with cafés and restaurants staff talking outside each night - and dumping empty bottles into bins every morning- view of ocean a stretch of the imagination- over priced for what you get - advertising is misleading

Great weekend but accommodation very disappointing

Not sure the balcony has been cleaned in a while and windows very dirty. Obviously were not cleaned before we arrived. Mouldy roof in the ensuite bathroom. Shower head very loose and leaks when on. All 3 toilet roll holders were loose and fell apart when using. Garage door broke on arrival. Multiple stains on the carpet. At $400 per night we would have expected the place to have been cleaned properly and photo accurate to what we got. Overall old and tired.

Comfort

Good location and spacious, but just a warning if the weather is warm the smell of rubbish from the shops below means you can’t sit on the balcony or have any windows open.Great air con, internet and TV and nice kitchen but it needs a few more essentials in the cupboards.

Great location but a few issues

Location is so close to the shops- can’t get any closer. However being backed on to the shops means a sharp 6.50am wakeup call with bottles and bins being emptied. No aircon at all near or in bedrooms/ that level gets HOT!!! No fans also. Couch only fits two people so as a family to watch a movie etc is hard. For a stay where g you’re out and about most of the time it’s great but to spend time in the townhouse would cause some frustrations

Disappointed…

Honestly, I expected more for the money we paid. We found most of the furniture outdated, worn and stained. I’m not sure how 4 people would have been comfortable in the living area. One of the beds was unusable so it was lucky there was only two of us. The garage door was faulty..

In general the apartment is good, has almost everything for spending a nice weekend in the beach. it has enough space for 4 people, the kitchen is very complete, and the view is lovely. It is close to the beach (couple of minutes walking), foodworks, shops and restaurants. However, the terraces were uncleaned and dusty, so we had to clean them before using them. Also, there was a lot of noise during the morning, from 7 am, coming from restorants or warehouse that are located next to the garaje of the unit.

This appartment is not fit for elderly people with mobility issues.

the kids really enjoyed the local birds visiting close to the balcony. house was stylish and has everything you would need for comfortable living

Pros: Prompt responses to messages. Friendly service. Private garage is a great asset. Location of house is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. Enjoyed many dinners on the upstairs balcony. Cons: House should've been cleaned much better than it was. Decor needs updating.
